See you at Velvet & Rose

The rest of the sentence is yours.

Online booking and a salon diary in one. Your customers book themselves in, in English or Arabic, and your team sees it the moment they do.

Dashboard · Calendar, day by stylist
Booking page · Pick when

Two halves, one system.

The booking page, for your customers

A link, a QR code, a button on your Instagram. Customers pick the services, who does them and a time, then leave a name and a number. No account, no app.

The dashboard, for your salon

The diary, the customers, the price list, the team, the rotas and the numbers. A booking made at 11 at night is on the front desk’s screen at 9 the next morning, without anyone typing it in.

Booking, in five steps.

  1. Booking page · Services
    01

    Pick the services.

Laid out like a menu, with prices and times. Several in one go.

  2. Booking page · Who
    02

    Pick who.

A favourite stylist, a few they’d be happy with, or whoever is free first.

  3. Booking page · When
    03

    Pick when.

Closed and fully booked days are marked before they tap. Free times are grouped into morning, afternoon and evening.

  4. Booking page · Review
    04

    Check it over.

See the total and change or drop anything.

  5. Booking page · Name and number
    05

    Name and number.

No password. They get a reference to quote on the phone, like ALM-7KQ2P

The details that matter.

One visit, several people.

A cut with one stylist and nails with another, booked together and kept as one visit.

Colour time isn’t wasted.

Tell the diary when a colour is processing and the stylist is free, and it can book someone else into that gap.

No double bookings.

Two customers tap the same 3:00 pm in the same second: one gets it, the other is asked to pick again. The database enforces it, not just the screen.

Waits, said plainly.

If there’s a gap between appointments, the page says “1h 30m wait” before they book.

Arabic, properly.

The layout mirrors, dates and numbers read the way they should, and the grammar is right, down to Arabic’s six number forms. Each salon chooses whether it publishes in Arabic, and each person on the team chooses the language they work in.
